McMinnville firemen set up new revolving grandstand to be used by the Arnie Manke Band from Salem at the volunteer fire department's annual Blossom Dance Saturday (tonight) to be held from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. A carnival theme will be featured and admission is $3 a couple for the semiformal dance.
