Dedication Of Valley View Water Project

Dedication and inspection of the Valley View Water Association project, now in operation for 28 families between Yamhill and Carlton was held Saturday. Representatives of FHA, contractors, Carlton officials and Association water users toured the facilities. At left, Larry Spindler, FHA state engineer, stands atop 25,000 gallon storage tank which cost $5000. Water level in tank is automatically controlled by pumps and high altitude valve valued at $3000.
