Six boys from Rainbow Lodge, a juvenile boys' home facility west of McMinnville, worked this summer constructing a new park shelter in the City Park and helped in general park maintenance. Boys were working under Park Supervisor Verle Lamb who said he was "very pleased" with the program and the youth's work. Paid through the Neighborhood Youth Corps Project, boys donated their time for a few days after the Youth Corps project funds ended.
