Following a practice run down the Derby ramp, Randy Bolt, 10, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bolt of Yamhill, puts finishing touches on his soap box racer, Randy will participate in the Derby races Saturday (today) With 11 other boys. Racing begins at 11:30 a.m, following the crowning of the queen at 9:50 a.m. and parade at 10 o'clock. Other activities include a horse show, bean race, water balloon contest nail driving contests, sack and foot races, and a talent show.
