Sitting under “Captain Mac Readers” are local children enrolled in the city library Summer Reading Program (I-r) Charles Brod, Lisa Blanger, Peggy Blanger, Paul Schmidt and Harry Brod. Any student who was completed first grade is eligible to participate in the program.
