Passage of the May 5 School District No. 40 budget is the aim of these McMinnville High School students, who Sunday were busy making posters at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Wright. All sophomores, the youths will put the signs in various businesses in the city. Enjoying their work are (I-r) Melissa Hunt, Marcia Wright, Phil Charbonnier, Linda Dyke, Cindy Benson, Debbie Schultz, Janet Towner, and Peggy McDaniel.
Not pictured was Robbie Haynes. Among the colorful posters was a nearly blank one which read “This poster is brought to you by supporters of the school budget" set in small type.
