Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, lnc., of McMinnville has completed structures at its plant located on Riverside Drive north of the city. Long building is the rolling mill building, 642 feet long by 30 feet high. Other building is melt plant, 200 feet x 60 feet. Company plans to begin operation this summer.
