Hugh Heritage and Mrs. Arthur Combs look at her issue of the Ulster County Gazette dated 1800 which contains an account of Gen. George Washington's death and funeral. Original paper, passed down through two generations, will be framed by Heritage. Paper was bordered in black, custom at that time when important national figure died.
