Lafayette now has an incorporated Chamber of Commerce finalized at a board of directors meeting Wednesday night. President Gene Schuetze and Secretary Jacqueline McCracken hold certificate that is issued to members. Group Plans to spruce up city and conduct community betterment projects. Previous unincorporated chamber has been inactive for six years.
