New Owners--Formation of the Hagan-Hamilton Co. and its purchase of the Gordon Carey Insurance Agency in McMinnville was announced today by Merrill C. Hagan (seated) and Michael L. Hamilton. The Carey firm is a long-established agency of which Hagan has been manager since the death of Gordon Carey in August of 1953. The new owners reported that no changes are foreseen in the firm's staff and that they would continue to give the highest level of professional service for which the agency has been noted.
