County Boats Inspected--About 30 boats owned by Yamhill County residents received Coast Guard auxiliary decals Sunday, indicating compliance with 1961 boating regulations during a boat inspection conducted by representatives of Flotilla 73, Portland. Condition and equipment on boats such as this one were checked by Commander Harold Walker and A.D. Rolfe.
