Shelter Dedication Planned--Howell Appling, secretary of state for Oregon, will be guest speaker Sunday when the Sue Pitman Memorial shelter is dedicated at Camp Smith. White Cloud Girl Scout council, planning the dedication, has been heading up construction efforts on the building, to be used by Girl Scouts for camping trips.
