Bulldog Speedster--Willamina high sprinter Bill Ramey crosses the finish line in the 100-yard dash in Mondays McMinnville-Willamina-Tigard track meet on Baker Field. The Bulldog ace was timed in 10 seconds flat, the best reported time in the century this spring. It was the second time this season the muscular Ramey has hit the 10.0 mark. He is favored to win the invitational 100-yard dash for a second straight time in the Central Relays Friday (see story on page 6 for additional details).
