Another gift from the McMinnville Junior Chamber of Commerce is viewed by the organizations representatives. This Croupette Vaporizer, shown in operation at General hospital, is being adjusted by nurse, Mrs. Evan Brown, R.N., as Forrest Garrigus, Jaycee president, Lyn Crouser, Jim Twedt and Milton Robins, hospital administrator, look on. The machine emits a “cold” instead of a “warm” vapor in the tent-like covering and is said to work better and faster than old warm methods. Money for the items given the hospital came from Jaycees sponsorship of drag races at the McMinnville airport last summer.
