Building Site Squared -- Yamhill County Surveyor Harold Cox (left) checks property lines in “squaring up” a building site at Fourth and Evans selected as site for a new structure by two McMinnville lawyers and two optometrists. A $40,000 building permit has been secured from the city for the building which will house Drs. Earle Hunter and William Baker and Attorneys James Craig and George Frum. Assisting Cox with the sightings is Roy Lawson of Dayton. Construction was started Thursday.
