Telephone Company Progress -- West Coast Telephone company workmen Dean Larsen of Hillsboro and J.W. Goff of Beaverton splice cable as new lines are installed in the company’s switch to dial telephones for McMinnville. Work above and under Davis Street in recent days has all been a part of the transition to the new telephone system.
