Machine Gives Change -- Sanford Brown of McMinnville eyes the newest mechanical addition to the McMinnville post office, a machine which gives stamps and the right change. For a nickel patrons can get a four cent stamp and a penny. Inserting a dime brings three three-cent stamps and one cent change. A quarter can be used to purchase six four-cent stamps and a penny in change is received. The new machine has only one problem, according to postal employees who said people keep hitting the coin reject button accidentally.
