Ready For The River -- Young Blake Ellis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ellis of Portland, and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Ellis of Dayton, is going to be a safe boater. He is fastened into a life jacket by his mother and grandmother as the two families get ready for a river jaunt July 4 on the Yamhill River. Hundreds of boats used the three county boat landing over the long holiday.
