Handling flow and checking back flow in the 16-inch bypass line at the Walter Link dam four bay will be accomplished with this big 16-inch gate valve and swing check valve. The gate and check valve will be installed below the four bay in the main transmission line from the dam to McMinnville. Working on the valves, which should be installed soon, are Clark Morton, head works operator at the dam, Floyd Baker and Lawrence Loban, water department employees.
