Saturday's darkening skies failed to dampen the spirits of McMinnville's bike riding youngsters when they turned out enmasse with decorated bicycles to vie for prizes in the Montgomery Ward, Telephone Register bicycle safety parade. The "T.R." cameraman caught a part of the parade as it paused in front of the Montgomery Ward store awaiting traffic signals.
