1941-5-8, "Crash Car" Unveiling Scheduled Saturday,
First public showing of this new fire-department Henney Packard crash car, combining ambulance and first aid equipment, will be held Saturday night at the 14th annual Firemen's Blossom Dance. Including every possible safety device, the new service will give the city and surrounding communities protection equal to that in almost any part of the state. The car arrived in McMinnville Saturday after being driven through from the factory by Fire Chief Ivan Pearson.
