Discarded Glasses Collected Here For Needy Across World
Mrs. Norman Scott of Scott's Funeral Chapel heads for the post office to mail part of the 500 pairs of glasses and 250 pairs of lens collected during a recent “New Eyes For The Needy" program. The program sponsored by the New Eyes For The Needy, lnc., is a non-profit, non-sectarian endeavor with the sole purpose of providing better vision for the poor the world over. Scott’s Chapel in McMinnville sponsored the program locally.
