McMinnville Scout Earns Highest Scouting Honor

MCMINNVILLE Scout Scott Wells receives the coveted Eagle Scout badge, highest honor in Scouting, from his Scout Master Ken Rogers. The youth's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wells, look on. By earning the Eagle Scout award young Wells became one of the selected few who successfully met the rigid requirements.
