Members of McMinnville Elks Lodge 1283 caused a necessary traffic jam at Fourth and Evans streets Monday as lodge members packed station wagons and trucks with 200 cases of goods that were delivered to needy families in the county. The annual project is one of the charitable functions the lodge sponsors. William Bach was chairman of the project.
