from Frank Wortman, second left, and Ralph Wortman Friday for new city park site on Western Avenue. Presentation was made at First National Bank of McMinnville. New park, which contains 11.57 acres, cost the city $5500 with the Wortman brothers donating the $5500 balance. Brothers helped finance city swimming pool in 1955 and also donated the present Wortman Park to the city. The new part, which was once the Hackney Quarry site, will be the third in the city.
