Cascade Steel Rolling Mills, Inc. construction is rolling right along in McMinnville’s Industrial Park. Workmen were laying steel reinforcing rods prior to pouring foundation for plant while General Manager Charles Morford (bare-headed) watches. Additional picture page one.
