Construction of Skyline Mobile Home plants in McMinnville has been hampered by rains and it appears the firm will not meet its scheduled opening date in early December. Here workmen this week are pouring wall panels which will be raised from the precast buildings. The floors for the buildings have been poured already Skyline will employ about 200 people when the Indianna-based firm starts production.
