McMinnville Mayor Norman Scott opens the Northwest Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekah Lodges convention in McMinnville Saturday in the IOOF Hall. More than 250 guests attended the conference, highlighted by a banquet Saturday evening at St. James School. Breakfast was served Sunday morning Occident Lodge 30 and Friendship Rebekah Lodge 12 hosted the meetings.
