Yamhill County Commissioners accept an $8728 check from Loren L. Dewitt, state compensation department representative (left), a return on the county’s insurance for 1966-67. Looking on are (l-r) Charles Teegarden, Morris Majors and Rudy Schaad, county commissioners, and Don Thompson, safety consultant. Thompson termed the county’s record as “excellent” in comparison with the state average of returns. Money will go into the general fund. Yamhill County paid a $20,931 premium with claim costs of six percent.
