Clyde Clark of Rt. 2, McMinnville, gets ready to deliver mail for McMinnville residents. Clark is co-editor of the Oregon Rural Letter Carriers Association publication The Beaver Bulletin, which won a first place award in national competition recently. An officer in the state organization for 11 years, Clark has been co-editor with Jack Mercer of Gaston for the past two years. The bulletin has circulation of 390 and is mimeographed.
