Board members of the Yamhill County Community Concert Association met recently at the home of Pres. Harold Elkinton to complete plans for the concert season. Making plans are Clifford Elliott, campaign chairman; Don Scott, music director of the McMinnville High school; Prof. Harold Elkinton, Linfield College; and Evelyn Gibson, corresponding secretary.
