Workmen pour concrete foundations for the new Skyline Mobile Home plants located southeast of McMinnville near Booth Bend Road and Highway 18. C.C. Meisel Construction company of McMinnville is contracting the work. Building of the estimated $750,000 facilities is on schedule according to authorities.
