Workmen at McMinnville Hospital are excavating for footings in preparation to laying the foundation for the new $1 million hospital wing. New wing will be adjoined to the present wing that was built in 1957. The C.A. Lantz Construction Co. of Salem was low bidder for the project. The building will be finished within a year, including three months for outside finishing, hospital authorities said.
