Young beginners in the Red Cross “Learn to Swim” program at McMinnville City pool kick their feet enthusiastically at the end of a session this week. The two-week program, which ends next Thursday, has attracted 477 kids from throughout the county. Lessons are offered free of charge under the instruction of volunteer Red Cross person.
