Athlete of the Year at McMinnville High School is Dennis Draper who was given the trophy at an awards meeting Friday at the school by Ken Rogers, representing the high school coaches group. Draper was All-State in football, varsity forward in basketball, and an All-League outfielder and pitcher in baseball. He will attend Oregon State University on a football scholarship.
