Handmade paper flowers, built by members of the McMinnville Fire Department ladies auxiliary, will be a big feature of the decorations at the department’s annual Spring Blossom Dance Saturday night, May 4. The dance will be held at the Armory, with music supplied by the Arnie Manke orchestra.
