Girls Track Team at McMinnville High School will have its first meet April 11 at McMinnville. Practicing the javelin throw is Dee Harmon. Coach of the team this year is Lynda Culp. Girls will compete in every corresponding boy’s events except the pole vault. Miss Culp said the team is doing “pretty good”, but that the weather has not allowed time to be taken yet. Over 30 girls are participating this year.
