Kathi Watts, Senior Girl Scout, helps Mrs. Jim Lockett, District Girl Scout Cookie chairman, check cookies being distributed to and sold by the Girl Scouts from 10 troops in Central Neighborhood. The District sale also includes three troops in Sheridan and six in Newberg neighborhoods. Three favorites in cookies are offered.
