On a snowstorm Monday, Clarence Caughran, parks commission chairman, presented a small Douglas fir tree to Mrs. Ezra Koch of McMinnville, who will present it to Mrs. Lyndon Johnson Thursday morning in Washington D.C. Mrs. Koch left Tuesday morning and will attend the congressional wives prayer breakfast, where she is planning to make the presentation.
