SOMETHING NEW IN WELL DRILLS for this part of the country, a rotary drill has been constructed by J. L. Wilcox of McMinnville. Rotary drills have been used in oil field work since 1928, but have been put to use in drilling water wells. only in the last few years. Wilcox is shown above, right, with his new well drilling equipment.
