Possibility of forming a writers club within Yamhill County is the topic of interest at the home of Mrs. Peggy Blocklinger Wednesday afternoon. Discussing this and other writers concerns are (left to right) Francis H. ames of Lafayette, well know author of western, sports and trailer magazine articles; Mrs. Blocklinger, John S, wertz, of Mcminnville, presently in the midst of writing a book; Wilma Chalmers of McMinnville, Oregon Statesman correspondent; Sally Nicolai of the News Register, and Gertrude Lofgren of Amity, teacher of retarded children in Dayton.
