September 17, 1957br/Special delivery in reverse came about at the McMinnville post office when A. Warren Jones, president of the Yamhill County Chamber of Commerce presented Hugh Mandigo, a postal employee, with a check as winner in the county chamberrsquo;s traffic safety contest. The county chamber is sponsoring the contest in conjunction with a 100 Deathless Days campaign which is nearing completion. The chamber offers four weekly prizes and a grand prize.
