March 22, 1957br/The aroma of baking cookies fills the air as members of the Portland Chamber of Commerce trade and commerce committee visits the Smith and Sonnleitner Cookie Company at 1238 North Highway 99W in McMinnville. It was one of several stops for the group in a visitation with the Chamber of Commerce here. The visitors grouped around workers in the factory who were turning out cookies and were given samples fresh from the company ovens.
