December 23, 1957br/Santarsquo;s Sleigh, complete with reindeer, is propelled around the McMinnville Swimming Pool by local swimmers during a Christmas program. To the rear at poolrsquo;s edge is one of several stage settings which lined the south deck area. This one depicts ldquo;The Night Before Christmas.rdquo; Others included King Neptune and his court, toyland, and a church scene where carolers presented Christmas songs. The Christmas pageant was presented Saturday afternoon under direction of Tye Steinbach, pool manager, and featured 100 local swimmers.
