1957-3-12br/Newberg-- Remnants of the old Wherley-Abner real estate offices were loaded on a semi truck trailer Monday as the lot was cleaned up in preparation for putting in the footings for the new building. Contractor is Dale Voss. a $12,500 building permit was issued last week for the construction of a modern cement block, Roman brick and glass building here.
