October 4, 1957 altbr/ Miss Mary Vinton was named Girl of the Month by Girl's League of McMinnville High School. Miss Vinton was escorted from her assembly seat to the podium by Caroline Latham, award committee chairman, who is shown pinning the corsage. Mass Priscilla Prouty, League president, places the commemorative pin. Miss Vinton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gale Vinton, won the honor for service rendered to the school during September.
