Representatives of about 150 colleges and universities watch as the colorful processional draws to a close Tuesday at the inaugural ceremonies for Dr. Gordon Bjork, the 18th president of Linfield College. Gov. Dan Evans of Washington and Dr. Bjork each gave addresses concentrating on society and change and higher education's role in meeting that change.
