1956-5-11 Old steam Engine Goes Back in ServiceA rare sight these days is a stream engine, such as this one owned by J.G. Labau of 802 Alpine street. The engine, about 35 years old, formerly powered a self-propelled thrashing machine. LaBau bought the engine about 17 years ago from a sawmill at High heaven and converted it for use in steam-cleaning machinery.
