First user of a wheelchair purchased Thursday by Walnut City post, Veterans of Foreign Wars, for lending to Yamhill County residents was Bobby Sieler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil LaVoie, Baker Street, who sustained a broken leg on the first day of school when his bicycle collided with an automobile. Shown with Bobby are J.J. Wederski, VFW post commander; Lester Harris, VFW district adjutant, and LaVoie, who is a member of the McMinnville post.
