1956-8-18 Highway Litter Cans Used for Garbage 7869
A state highway crew and a state police officer find no room for “litter” in this can placed besides Highway 18 just south of McMinnville. Purpose of the litter cans has been defeated by the residents of the county who use them for household garbage. Six of the can s have been place in various locations of the county as a convenience to motorists who have debris from picnics in their cars, and to keep off the highways.
